Whilst im at it i am replacing the low range output gear as well (56 tooth gear) i ordered it through suzuki but recieved a 47 tooth gear instead (1lt transfer case gear). Cheers for the feedback I will have a look at trail tough gears, they might be a good option. The reason why i dont wont welded gears is due to my current gear set braking under normal driving conditions (havn't even been offroad yet) and all i can put it down to is the weld has weakened the metal. ...

My aim is to put 235/75/15 tyres on without going to high with lift. can someone please tell me if i can fit 235/75/15 tyres on a jimny with 60mm lift (i think i might need to do a little bit of guard trimming). can anyone tell me if 15x7" wheels (Im looking at getting a new set of wheels they will have ford f100 offset) with 215/75 15 tyres will rub with a 2" lift on a Jimny.
