It is my understanding (might be wrong  ) that if we wish to go ahead with this that we will be allocated a pit box for our stand which I have also been told will provide cover. If that is the case then setting up the stand will require our Club banner, photo boards and whatever we can gain from Suzuki Australia i.e. flags, banners etc that we plus a table for our info so it shouldn't be to big a job. It also appears that we may have a vehicle from Suzuki Australia for the show. We will need something to hand out such as a brochure and or business card. I also think that this is an opportunity to do what we have done at Wandin and run a Newbies Day Trip for prospective members shortly afterwards.

We need to find out details about setting up and dismantling and car movements on and off the stand and also on the test track.

This stand is free to us so if we can we should be utilising this opportunity to raise our profile. Things like this and the MVO track access for Clubs can help lift our membership numbers.

We also need to look at our Club apparel situation so that we can wear some relatively tidy gear on the stand to promote ourselves.

I can do all day Thurs or Friday, preferably the Friday. Or I can do both Thurs and Friday from 1ish until 5.

As my car is my daily I don't think I will be able to supply it (if it was wanted), although if I can get a work vehicle I will be good, I can let you know Monday afternoon.

Were making great progress so far, I think its another opportunity to get ourselves out there at virtually no cost.

Bills contact with the association and Suzuki have opened some doors for us. Its a new venture for us - but IMO
its important that we continue with our effort to maintain our membership base.

So far this is the "Plan"

Some more volunteers would be appreciated.
Setup and pull down details will also add to the load a little
Ideas for the display are also required - our photo boards are a little out of date IMO.

Please note these are just suggestions at this stage - please advise if its not suitable.

Callum has a contact for brochures - so as long as it happens then that's covered.
I'm doing "business" card artwork currently

Now club apparel - that's a good one as of the last meeting we have a bit of a mixed bag
not really a consistent supply.
