I think Greg was planning a pretty substantial order Jon. Might want to text him for confirmation.

I just have a quick question regarding the weld in interlocking tube connectors for removable bars.

Low range offroad ones are made from 4130 chromoly and tmr customs sell ones made from 1018 crs. Is there any issue welding either of these to the mild steel tube? I've only ever welded mild steel so I'm not sure on compatibility.

I'd go with 1018, but I believe cromo welds fine to mild steel.

4 x CDS 44mm lengths please Jonno. So 30m and $600 total.

Is anyone organising a shipment of the tube joiners?

Im happy to organise the connectors. TMR customs seem to be the only ones to make them out of crs. All the low range ones are 4130 chromoly and also cheaper. I'll have a bit more of a look and see what else is around too. If theyre going to weld ok im happy to get them from low range, im sure the shipping will be more favourable from them. I can find out how many will fit in a flat rate box.

So it looks like we can fit 8-10 of these interlocking connectors in a flat rate box from low range. Did people want to post up what they wanted so I can tally up the order? I'll need to know the quantity and size for each person.

The tubing we are ordering is 0.102" (2.6mm wall) so you'll need to order connectors to suit 0.120" (3.0mm) tubing for them to slip inside.
