Hi Jon I reckon you’re onto something there
I managed to loosen the top bolt on the starter and it fixed it.
However after doing it back up it’s stuck again.
I’ll have a look at the bell housing next week

Starter motor stuck
Hi everyone Starter motor is intermittent. Solenoid is working. Seems as the the starter has an issue. I’ve tried to remove but top bolt is tooo tight and can only fit an open ended spanner on it. Fuel tank sender
Hey all
fuel tank guage doesnt work in my 1991 swb sierra. i'm thinking it might be the fuel tank sender.
What's the best way to determine if its that? and if so best place to get a replacement?
