Vitara Strut Flip

Is this as simple as undoing the top nut removing the plate knocking out the 3 studs flipping over and replacing with new slightly longer bolts? I cant seem to work out how to complicate this. :?

its a worry when things look too simple.

Personally, its usually the first sign of a "technical oversight" but thats a Feroza for you......

Does the rubber bush/es need to be turned over, too, if it can?
