Yes. Moving this to the trip section and updating the title.

Yep I’m in.I delivered the club Weber to Bills a couple of weeks ago and this seems like a great reason to christen it.
I am happy to cook some lamb and chicken and Johnno has venison so let’s organise a meal to enjoy at the end of the day.
I am happy to shop and cook if my out of pocket expenses are covered.
Thinking 2x chickens and a big leg or four quarter of lamb and veg??
Any additions/contributions to the menu are welcome
Anyone keen?

The best motivation is the smell of roast lamb in the air. I cooked an amazing roast in the slow cooker and the oven last Sunday for 9 people. Never cooked anything like that on a camp oven etc. Keen to help out with something. Will anyone have a fridge to hold a desert or something else to contribute?
