Christmas break up at Bill's

Post by porter.8.luke »

Christmas break up at bill's will be on the 10/11th of December.
More specific information to come but should be similar to previous years with a bit of a working bee on some tracks ect.

Hay all had a chat to Bill the outherday and looks like there is a bit of clearing to do on the tracks. I'm heading up Friday arvo and probably have a look about before it gets dark. This is what bill had to say.
I walked all the gulley tracks today. Not good news. All of them are blocked in some way by fallen trees, some of them quite large. I would estimate that 4 chain saws would need to work for half a day, plus a few helpers to re open all the tracks. Unfortunately I have little free time these days to maintain the tracks like I used to.
So I would say bring what gear you have and see what we can do over the weekend.

I couldn't say as it's not my property. Bill would be the person to ask on that one.
