Hello all. I'm new to 4wheeling and sierras. I've been up to Mt Dissa a few times to put what I have seen and read into action. On my 3rd trip I navigated 'The Bump' and found myself at the start of 'The ladder'. I only made it to the first difficult bit and managed to tip over. Having now walked from the top to where I tipped this looks like a fairly difficult track. Has anyone done it in a Sierra and if so do you have any tips? I have a very capable sj50 with good 30" at's, reduction gears, rear locker, stock 1.3. Driver might be the problem!!
Thanks
Brenton.

Re: Mt Disappointment
Hi Brenton,
I don't think many club members have been up to Dissapointment since the fires (2009.) We used to go up there quite a bit and knew a heap of excellent unmarked tracks, but they were all obliterated or shut during the fires.
I't good to hear there are some good tracks forming, but I don't know of them myself.
