Sorry Brad - I wasnt on the previous trip you are referring to.

We will check with Chris L - he knows what your car is, and should know the tracks in question.

Chris L - whaddaya reckon?

Alternatively Brad - you do still have over a month to hurry up and get a locker.

We did Cockpit, and Sams hut, and Glenburn holes,
that day in medium wet.
Brad did very well, with a bit of help and good spotters.
He has since got a lift and tyres I believe.
So should be easier for him now.
I guess it depends on weather, too.
Final decision is trip leaders.

But my personal opinion is,
I like helping newcomers through obstacles,
it is fun, and helps them see what is really needed for mods etc.
As long as they understand the risks.
Depends what sort of trip you want it to be.

Hopefully I get mine going by then.

yes - but after you see me with a spanner you might not want me going near your car.

Cockpit is likely to be the most difficult track of the day, so based on Chris's comments, I guess your GV qualifies.

Worst case we can just leave you stranded on the track and pick you up again on the way home

Sounds good, mark me down as coming.

As for the locker from what I have read I can't fit one to my GV unless I get normal vitara diffs as well, would this be correct???
In any case snorkel is being fitted next, just waiting for it to arrive in the mail.

Sorry Brad - i dont know the answer to this one.

Though my thinking is that you would probably get a better result if you fitted Sierra diffs, chassis and body around the GV engine ;)
