I was talking with Pete at Wandin about the issues with the Snake racing hi-steer kit for sprung over Sierra's and saw that Low Range Offroad offer the Sky Manufacturing hi-steer kit in both right and left hand drive configurations.

Re: Sierra Hi-steer
This is what I have now fitted to my car after removing the most expensive door stopper I have ever purchased.
A few comments/issues.
Positive,
1 Beefy!!
2 correct geometry
3 after removing the stock steering arms from the stock knuckle it looks factory (to the untrained eye)
3 did I mention it was BEEFY!!!!
Negative
1The arms are huge, and the castellated nut on the TRE has to be recessed into it but on one side (can't remember which) it was not possible to get the split pin in so I just machined it down to a point that would accommodate the split pin, not a biggie but I would have preferred not to have to do it.
Would I recommend it to some one else? most definitely.
Peter.
PS, I am back on the road, might be at the meeting on Wed.
