constant on headlight plug?

Jon. I had to scrap my $15 leds (15 each side) for ones that had a voltage reducer in the unit. Was getting odd sequencing and park light issues when indicating, mostly due to load once I figured out the wiring. I tried an external reducer up the line but that didn't work either.
