hmm, i'm guessing that mitch and noel will both be happy to do the saturday morning start then - so that's cool... let's confirm with those two and if they are good with it, then we will 'tweak' our booking to be just the Sat and Sun nights.

at my end - i have paid the deposit up front at $50 per cabin, per night. But they seem pretty flexible - so long as i give them plenty of notice... so the agreed date is friday 18th for us to lock stuff in.

everyone has now cancelled on the friday night accom. i will try to backout of that booking when i call them back.

Greg what is your phone number? Or anyone what is Gregs phone number. I will have me and a passenger for both nights.

hey Jim,

I'm happy for people to pay up at the event.

Each Cabin costs $130 for 2, then $25 for any extra people.

I am trying to confirm our use of 3 cabins for Sat and Sun nights.

Each Cabin has 2 x double and 2 x single - so that's 4 people + 2 partners...

So all up we can sleep 12 people + 6 partners.

4 in a cabin will come out to $130 + $25 + $25 = $180 / 4 people = $45 per person.
6 in a cabin will come out to $130 + $25 + $25 + $25 + $25 = $230 / 6 people = $38

So somewhere in between $38 and $45 per person, per night.

Once we have numbers confirmed, i can confirm the figures.

there used to be a small servo (1 or 2 pumps) in noojee. I haven't been there in the last 12months or so not sure if it's still open

there's definately fuel in Neerim South, and there is also fuel in Pakenham / Drouin.

Hey Dan - since you are navving on Sat and Sun, give us an idea about where we will be entering and exiting the forests - that way we can plan fuel and bakery action.

Accom is all locked in and sorted...

Here is the list (as i can remember):

1. Mitch - sat + sun
2. Kirsty (mrs mitch) - sat + sun
3. James Hill - sat + sun
4. Mick - sat + sun
5. Johnno - sat + sun
6. Steve G - sat + sun
7. Noel - sat + sun
8. Dank - sat + sun
9. Greg - sat + sun
10. Jayson - sat + sun
11. James Hicks - sat + sun
12. James Hicks' Brother - sat + sun
13. Marty - Sat only

I think that is everyone.

If you are not on the list - please speak up! If we are quick we can book another place that they have and open ourselves up to another 6 places...

Note: there is a risk that we are going to end up with too many single bedders, so we might need a few sleeping mats + bags are you and you passengers could end up a bit closer after the weekend (lucky Chris isnt on the list ;) ). That said - your sleeping time should not be the highlight of the weekend so hopefully it wont matter too much where you sleep.

The only other thing i plan on doing is organising some breakfast fry up action for the two mornings (bacon and egg sandwhiches)... but it is just as likely that we could fall back to the cafe (less effort on my behalf, plus a far greater chance of getting something edible)...

Do i need to sort out anything else? Please remind me asap!
