Warburton - Hard - 16-Jan-2011

Post by Greg »

Folks,
At the last meeting we discussed a re-run of the Warburton trip either in December or January.
I am flexible with the dates, so put up dates that suit you and we will try to make it happen.
If someone else wants to put their hand up to run it - please let me know - i'm happy to step aside.
Obviously - if i am running it - it is rated as 'Hard' 8-)
Cheers. Greg

TRIP TITLE:
Warburton - Hard - Re-run

TRIP DATE:
Sunday 16-Jan-2011 (Proposed Date - open to other suggestions)

Re-Run of the November trip to Warburton. If we have a bit of rain between now and then, conditions can be very different.

Typical Warby Tracks will be on offer - Ellis, Cemetary, Justice, The Waterfall, The Big Rock Step and anything else we can find along the way.

Warburton / Wesburn

TRIP RATING:
Hard - no bypasses to difficult sections of tracks.
Sierra - 31" tyres, 1 locker.
Vitara - 37" tyres, 3 lockers (yes - i meant to write '3').

TRIP MEETING POINT:

Be ready to leave Yarra Junction Supermarket Carpark at 9:15am.
There is a bakery, supermarket and coffee location all in town.
Fuel - you will have sorted out well before arriving (looking at you Jonno).

Ok- well it looks like i am going to be on support for work for the first half of december, late december is always busy for everyone, so (assuming i end up running this) i propose Sunday 16 Jan 2011

i'll pencil that date in and see if we get any bites.

could a sierra on 33" TSL's but no lockers come?
I don't want to hold the trip up so want honest opinion whether vehicle would be up to this trip.

Hey Mika,

Sorry mate - I'd have to say 1 locker minimum for a trip like this - you have see the terrain we will be playing on.

Standard shotgun process will apply though - so if you are looking for a spare seat - i'm sure we can find you one?

cheers
