1 month of rain in 2 days... assome!

might need to get the footy boots out for walking up and down the hills... even cemetary track shoul be good 8-)

Might be worth a call to the Powelltown DSE station to confirm if they've opened it. It would be disappointing to say the least to find they've taken the weather into account and aren't opening anything for a couple of weeks.

I have called up and spoken to DSE head office... as far as the clerks there can tell - there are no official closures due to flooding in that area. All the official closures are up around Mansfield and Mt Buffallo.

As always, we will be rolling the dice a bit, but given that the tracks have offially been opened for 8 days by the time we get there - i like our chances.

I should be going, but can't be certain yet.
I'll know by tomorrow night.
So try and grab a lift from somebody else just in case.
