Ok guys spill it all let me know what has worked what hasn't, custom or OEM.
Couple of questions i'm dealing with in a choice of radiator for the zook:
1. Cross Flow or Downflow? - cross flow apparently has 30% better cooling
2. Alloy/brass/copper?
3. Size of engine compared to radiator surface area and number/thickness of cores.
4. What makes a good 4wd radiator?
5. Availability - Do I go OEM off shelf for ease of replacement or go a custom/pwr off shelf/ebay alloy?

My thoughts would be an OEM if possible as it is always nice to be able grab another one from a wreckers if need be at a reasonable price. If it is at least as good as what the engine had with the original vehicle then you'd have to be on the right track.
