Event will take place on the 23rd and 24th of November.
The hall provides a great new location with many facilities such as a full kitchen, mens and womens toilets and showers, dining tables, chairs, a function pizza oven! Under cover BBQ area, plenty of grassed area and a fire pit.
Saturday day trips: from the hall out into the bunyip state park. will include easy, medium and hard trips ran by separate leaders (please put up your hand to run said trips) trip routes and stops will be discussed thoroughly so that these suit all vehicles types.
Dinner on Saturday night: a roast will be put on please RSVP so we can assure we have plenty of food.
Games? Tug of war, suzuki flat tow by hand, finska, etc please suggest below
Sunday clean up! The hall has a fee if we don't leave the place as good or better than we found it so pitch in on Sunday many hands my light work!
