I would like to come down to Victoria to explore some of your tracks, especially the high country. I was wondering if there is anything I need to do beforehand.

If you're visiting before November check for seasonal track closures, much of the high country is closed until late October. Check Parks Vic for camping fees (booked and paid online), most of the high country is free, many coastal spots are paid.
