Dalesford/Jim Crow Range. Easy. 27 Feb.

Post by luigi »

Hi Fellas.
An easy trip into the Jim Crow Ranges, starting from The Lost Children of Daylesford Memorial Park.
It is on the Midland Hwy (A300) heading out of Daylesford towards Creswick. On the left, just past the Ambulance Station.
9.00 am start. Sunday Feb 27.
Fuel, coffee, takeaway and accomadation are all available in Daylesford.

The tracks are undulating, sometimes rocky and sometimes steep. The gold mining heritage of Daylesford will be a feature.
This trip is suitable for stock standard cars and novice drivers....but 4wd is required. Road tyres will cope, but all terrains are better.
Recoveries and or vehicle damage is unlikely.

Regards. Wayne. 0419539264

I’m keen. 2012 gv diesel - lifted with 30 inch muddies, more work to do, but she’s able to be taken off-road comfortably finally. Keen to chat to a few experts and get a few tips. I grew up 4wding but have never had my own car. So I’m pretty excited but none of my friends are into it. So I’m keen to come make some new friends.
