Christmas camping trip to Bills

Hi All,

This year we will be holding our Christmas camping trip at Bills Block on the 11-12th of December. Come any time Saturday from 9am (some members may also turn up Friday night)

All members are welcome, this trip is suitable for all vehicles including 2WD, tracks on the property range from easy to very very hard!

Plenty of camping sites are available, byo chair, camp equipment and food and drinks

The club will put on a roast/spit for dinner on Saturday evening

Ah Damian, you misunderstood my post! When I say "The Club" will put on a roast, I meant the "official self appointed club caterer named Damian" will put on a roast

We all know that the main reason any of us are going is for the feast you have planned, the rest of it is secondary
Any previews as to what you have in store?

Hi All,
I will do the usual roast meat and veg consisting of Lamb,beef,pork,chicken and Venison accompanied by a variety of roast vegis.
Can I put the call out for volunteers to look after the veg prep and cooking.
Also we will need at least 3-4 camp ovens so if you have one please bring it along for the veg cook up.
Steve G could you please bring your big table that we had last year for food prep.
Can people please bring water drums to help with food prep and clean up etc
For catering purposes can we get a show of hands if you plan to attend so as I can shop accordingly.
