I think I'm coming to this.

Is it actually both days?

If there is a Part 2 event needed, I will come to that.

Silly of me to think it would take two days to pull apart a zuk. Changed days, Sunday only. Car will arrive with Jonno some time around 9ish. I will get there a bit earlier and work on my suspension swap out.
Can someone bring another hoist?

Fun shed day.

Thanks for hosting Luke. Thanks for supplying the car Richard.

The only low point for the day was the catering.

Successful day of tear down and swapsie.
Big thank you to Greg for helping with my suspension, Marty for helping with everything, Luke for dismantle, carby knowledge, and supplying the means, Ben with the dismantle, and Jonno for dismantle and keeping all the dismantled parts together.
Everyone got the bits they wanted and not much was left at 6pm.

Full suspension swap out
Carby and airbox swap out
Entire car was dismantled and then hacked with the recip saw
Remaining parts are in the For Sale section.

So very glad Jonno gave me a lift back from Luke's. Had a very loud disc rub when getting it on the trailer. Loads of resistance when moving it, even more when driving back from Jonno's.
Pulled the calipers off and seems the last owner must have had bolt spacers which were missed on rebuilding. I now have a nice 3mm M8 groove on the inside of disc.
RWC tomorrow so fingers crossed.

Hi.
It's been a few months since my cars organs were redistributed to better lives however only Ben and Martin have ponied up with some dough.
Would like to get some upgrades and cash helps. Can we organise something at the club meet so I don't have to post up here a list of parts and debtors?

Luke is sorted and Greg (bumper) exempt with installing shockers.
Thanks.
R.
