What was the outcome of the meeting? Aside from beers and parmas.

Sites booked and paid for, have 4 free tickets and 3 more available at $10 each.

Is that fewer than normal?

I think so Matt
normally we got like 6 tickets I think
although i might be mistaken and think we are getting 4 when i nfact we are getting 8 (4 per site)

We worked out cars on the stands, various photoboards, flyers etc. Just need get our hands back on some bits and pieces that are at people's houses
