Still the same meeting spot Steve. I recall you were thinking of changing it.

Your on the list Chris, so you've got to be there.
I was hoping to drive through Narby last week and see if there was a better meeting place but didn't get a chance so I'll leave it at the car park opposite Mystic Mountain.
See you all 10.00am Saturday morning.

Hey Steve,
I would like to tag along please.
First time out, both car and driver are "virgins" so to speak.
Please be gentle with us.
I feel this would appear to be an appropriate starting point, please correct me if I am wrong.
Thanking all attendees in advance for your support and patience
Cheers Thommo.

Thommo. This one will be a doddle and includes morning or afternoon tea stops in town. Don't be concerned.

TEN cars!
Welcome aboard Thommo, this trip will be a good intro to the club and some easy-ish tracks.

Hi Fellas.
Have a great day. I think the turnout proves there is interest in these easier trips.
Regards, Wayne.

I had a great day thanks Steve.
And thanks to all who came.
More on the ish side in places, but a great intro to wheeling.
Lines were tried, tyre pressures were tried.
All drove well and fun was had.

I need to apologise for this comment Thommo. Not exactly a doddle but we did arrive in Marysville for a coffee.
Thanks for the great day Steve. I was not expecting it to be that tricky but we all got through OK. Thanks also to Anthony for spotting for me and others. Wish I actually remembered to turn my diff lock on for those rocks, I might not have got stuck. Note to self: need to switch on locker as well as compressor!
Thanks to all especially Wayne and Bruce who were on their first trip.
Mike

Gotta love the ish.
Thanks to all who came. Ten cars all up, 2 Sierras, a Jimny, a swb and lwb new GV, 2 swb Vitaras, 1 lwb Vitara, a 'trol on bead locked swampers and a Landcruiser. Everyone pitched in and helped out where needed. Only drove up Strickland and down Strickland link and finished early at 2.30 in Marysville. Locked and geared Sierras found it 'easy', Vitaras 'easy+' and the GVs were getting close to 'medium' in the wet conditions. No tows were needed, everyone made it after an attempt or three, the GVs having a few more dents underneath now.
A bit of video up soon.
