car servicing

Hi,
This is probably a bit mundane in the big picture but I would appreciate whatever advice you could give.
My partner has a Swift, 2009 model.
Our daughter has an Ignis, 2004 model.
Is the anywhere I can take both cars for servicing.
I generally go to the Suzuki Dealer but of late I am not sure if any of them know what to do.
I seem to be paying astronomical amounts for servicing which is questionable; at best.
Is there someone who actually knows how these cars work so as I can at least go with confidence to have things done.
