I just posted my trip report on Auszookers for anyone interested in seeing how a Jimny can travel 8,900 km in 14 days. http://www.auszookers.com/forum/viewtop ... =3&t=44317

Had the rear wheel bearing replaced on the other side today as a precautionary measure. Have been reading up on the floating rear axle. I assume that would need and engineers certificate? Can you PM me the name of the engineer you were in contact with Jonno?

Front wheel bearing is on the left and rear is on the right. Rear bearing is less than half the size of the front.
