price estimate on hubs etc?

Post by jonfromhamilton »

I have some hubs lined up with spindles and calipers etc, everything from the steering knuckle out but I haven't talked price with the guy yet.

Anyone want to offer some advice on a reasonable price I should be paying for them (both sides) ??

I reckon around $50 a side would be reasonable. Might need to factor in new bearings/seals too.

I reckon somewhere between there and $150 for the lot.

Thanks guys
I was not really sure, the dude said 300!! and it has been out in a paddock
do you use the term paddock in Australia?
anyway it would cost a lot to get the setup I want in brand new trailer parts so I will be willing to be flexible a bit but not towards $300 n oways when the trailer budget is set at around 600 bucks all up.

Thanks for your input

If the spindles and hubs from the GV are any use to you they're yours in exchange for helping me move the GV out of Chris's garage and onto the street.
