Seeing as Greg has had a rough day and now has a bit of work to do to his car, I thought we could all pitch in and lend a hand to help him get his car back on the rd.
Greg does some great work at the club including:
Running many many trips (including medium ones! I know, what a champ)
Being president of the club despite having both JFH and Luke on the committee! (just joking about luke)
Donating his spare car and tyres for our awesome Wandin stand
Keeping 4wdvic off our backs with these new trip forms
Drawing attention away from others in the club when cops are around (not sure of this is intentional but thanks!)
Bringing parts and tools to fix everyone else's car (Leigh)
Therefore Greg let us know what parts you need to borrow or aquire and what dates you are free and we will be there ready to lend a hand.
Who is up for helping Greg out?

Re: "Tech" day at Greg's
Well put Jonno. I feel bad the Greg's car was the only one that got some extra windscreen bling today. I'd be more than happy to lend a hand to get his car back on the road.
If there's any parts you need or anything we can help with let us know. We all have our own stockpiles of spares so I'm sure within the club we'd have as many parts and as much labour as you need.

I'm in, just give me some notice so I don't make plans for that weekend, can do tuesday or wednesday nite too
Re: "Tech" day at Greg's
Thanks guys.
I'll give the car a hose out first of all and find a local rwc joint to get the ball rolling.
I think I will need a set of seats in good nick to borrow for a few weeks.
The roady will tell me what else I will need.

My factory seats are in very good condition. You will just need to bolt your rails to them as I reused my old rails with my new seats.
Can I suggest that you ask for a roadworthy check but without the paper work. If they do a proper roadworthy inspection with the vicroads forms im pretty sure thats its only valid for 7 days otherwise they are are required to do the paper work all over again.
When i first bought my sierra and got the roady on it I only had 7 days to rectify the problems indicated on the initial inspection form

Re: "Tech" day at Greg's
I think you mentioned gearing/handbrake issues, if you want I can probably get the stock NT one out of my spare car with the drum hand brake on the back. Will be a bit of work to get out and swap flanges etc but if you need it its there.
Re: "Tech" day at Greg's
Jono165 - seats sound good.
Jonno - I will just bolt my stock sierra rear diff back in. That'll fix my gearing, handbrake and speedo for the stock tyres.
