Hi all,
I have been looking into joining a club for some time and from the sounds of it, and thanks to Mika (and his White TJ) on this forum, I think the Suzuki 4x4 Club may be the club for me. I'm after some more trips that I don't have to lead and some new people to wheel with.
Only finding this forum (no website?) I guess I wanted to know what the go is with joining or coming on a trip to get a feel for it all. What can you tell me?
From what I hear, I don't have to have a Zook, but I am a Jeep owner (sorry)!
Cheers
Eddie

Hi Eddie,
Everything you need to know and more can be found in this link:

You are correct - we dont have a website. Basically we would rather be spending time working on our cars and driving them around rather than working on a computer to keep a website up to date. We really just use the forum for organising things rather than documenting them.
The general plan of attack for new members is to get along to a club meeting, or a club trip for a meet and greet and see what sort of activities we get up to. After 3 trip attendances (no limit on meeting attendances), we ask you to commit to joining the club.
Our biggest trip of the year (Adventure Tour) is only 2 weeks away. Depending on your skill level and car setup - you might be interested in getting along to this one?
Note: You must be a paid member to attend Adventure Tour so the 3-trip trial system isn't applicable.
Any more queries? let us know.
Cheers,
Greg
