Restaurant night, Afghan village, Friday 20th April.

Post by gwagensteve »

I've been promising this for a while.

When: Friday 20th April.
Where: afghan village, 923 Burke road, hawthorn.
Time: 6.30pm
Cost: cheap. Most mains are under $20, wine is very cheap, or byo.
Style: down to earth food, a combination of middle eastern and Indian influenced. It's not excessively spicy.
Please confirm attendance ASAP. Thus is a small restaurant and I want to book soon. ( let's say by the 24th march)

They don't have a website to direct you to.

If you have allergies/ tolerance issues, it might not be the best choice, but vego is easy.

All booked in.

I have booked for 6. That means there is one space left. If there are no takers, it give us a little more room on the table.

Cheers,

Steve.

Lucky we are not in Afghan, we had such enjoyable night with lovely ladies (Fel & Seonaid) and funny guys (Greg & Steve G) in Afghan Village:)

The food was so good & plenty that I don't need ask for some calamari.
