[OCT 29] MCM National Tour - WINTON

Post by neofitou »

Mighty Car Mods are doing a nation wide tour and will be in Melbourne on the --- edit new dates and location

MCM is coming to Winton Motor Raceway on the 29th of October 2017.

This is an early bird entry ticket for one (1) person, if you're bringing a car load of people then grab a ticket for each person. Print them off or load them up on your phone on the day and show it with some ID to the gate staff and you can park up and come and watch the shenanigans.

There will be plenty of giveaways, prizes, competitions, and trophies for our favourite cars of Victoria.

You’ll be able to grab heaps of MCM Merch on the day.

Want to drive your car on the track? Grab a Track+Entry ticket from here

Looking forward to seeing all the amazing cars that Victoria has to offer! The event goes ahead even if the weather is being a gronk, so if it looks iffy bring an umbrella and gumboots and splash some mud around (away from cool cars) No refunds will be given after 11pm on Saturday the 28th of October 2017.

For full terms and conditions of entry to the event please click here.

Winton is a bit over 2 hours from Melbourne, Victoria.

For those that dont know:
" Mighty Car Mods... the Worlds Number #1 Online DIY Auto show - packed full of video projects showing you how to customise and improve the performance of your own car as well as some automotive adventuring across the globe. Mighty Car Mods has over 3,000,000 views from all over the world every week and is run independently by its creators, Marty & MOOG."

The meet will be a very large car meet of mostly modified cars, I think we fit the description and I thought we could take a few club cars to show off the club, especially the "Modified" aspect.

Any Takers? Im happy to take my car, I will probably try and borrow some muddies from someone for the day though.
but we could get some more modified cars? Steve, will hedgepig be up for it? maybe Greg or Jon165?

I am very sure that tickets will sell out very quickly so if we can get an indication of numbers and cars so when the do pop up we can be ready to pounce, I (or ben or steve maybe , they sit at computers) can grab them.

I discovered MCM about 6 months ago, great viewing. Usually they mod cars to make them go faster but they do seem to like Japanese Kei cars.

They must make a lot of money out of Youtube videos to afford this stuff.

They were paid by the promotion company of the transformers movie to build that car.

They have made a lot of money from TV syndication lately.

OK.

They have moved the event to Winton so you can drive around the track (crusing not racing)

Tickets are on sale now: https://mightycarmods.com/collections/e ... eral-entry

And also, the date is now the 29th of October, and I will be in Hawaii so cant go.
Can somebody else that wants to go to this take over this trip now so I can pout.

gah.
