Please add your trip to the public trips forum as well to give prospective members an idea of the trips that are running.

Hi Team,

I think I will try to get organised with this role and do the posting into the public forum on a somewhat regular basis.

i.e. members post your trips here. I will cut and paste details of the trip into the public > trips section on your behalf.

Easy.
