Braille to Broadband and Beyond

An exhibition like no other, featuring stories of the people of Villa Maria, now and in the past.
In 1907 Villa Maria was founded to assist people with vision impairments…
Today we provide a huge variety of services across Victoria for older people, people with a disability, their families, carers and friends.

To celebrate our centenary we are showcasing stories of the many people of Villa Maria now and in the past. This is a unique and powerful exhibition, with interactive and multimedia displays as well as a huge variety of creative works on show. From the profound to the hilarious, these stories reveal the diversity, creativity and passion that are the hallmarks of Villa Maria. Prepare to be taken on a journey….
