A successful if cold day. It was nice to get it running.

Thanks for an entertaining day Steve - even if I mostly "supervised" from the comfort of a camp chair.

I now have witnessed the "Sierra Engine Swap" ritual first hand - and feel better as now I know the Feroza's not the only vehicle with bolts in awkward places.....

The night drive was also fun - darkness adds a whole new dimension to Glenburn & Rocky Tracks. Matt showed how far a stockie can go - even if he had a very interesting line on Rocky - partly choice, partly out of control...... Made following more fun - well done !

Those who haven't been on a night drive should try it :D
Damm - it came out of this opening so it must go back in........

Must get the elastic band back into the new motor before anyone notices

Mock at "work" - dodgy starter mark three - or was it four ?

A massive thank you for everyone that braved the cold and helped out. I hope you all got something out of the day, if nothing other than amusing stories for your workmates on Monday, (Ross!)

It was very please - the whole job went much better than expected with all the help and the car road tested very well.

The night trip was a blast, and even the weather held out.

Thanks again to everyone.

Steve.
