Spoke with Tom Hona from the Association today, he would like us to be heavily involved in the Toolangi area more than any other. I will be arranging a meeting with the relevant rangers from DSE next week, are there any issues you know of that need addressing?
The association believes this is the next hot spot under the radar of DSE, so any input would be appreciated.

Im
a little uncertain to ask this question on outerlimits because of the negative publicity it will receive. What do you think?

I believe that outers is now monitored by theses departments.

What is to be gained by posting on Outers - are we asking for track feedback or ????

What I would really like to know for example would be: the closure of vic range, was it meant to temporary?
There was a track that Steve G mentioned at the meeting when the association was there, I think it was Sams Hut, whether that was to be reopened.
The seasonal closure list is due out shortly?

I hate to say this, but are there any tracks that could do with a seasonal closure for the safety of common 4 wheelers.

We need to prevent scenarios like Abbots link track re-occuring, and the traffic through Toolangi is massive.

Sounds like a trip needs to be arranged.
Anyone keen?

I think the track Steve mentioned was logged at the top and never properly cleaned up.

Saturday the 24th of May Meeting 8:30 Glenburn Road house.
Glenburn Track Rocky the staircase? + any other suggestions.
Some decent tyres required with recovery gear.

I think now 'stupidity' should be replaced with 'enthusiam' when looking at being a trip leader. :D

Always need ballast.
