Extra Help now needed for ARB Open Day Saturday 10th May

We have been given an opportunity by Steve Sampson at ARB Brighton. They are holding an Open Day at the Brighton store on Saturday 10th May and need some people to man the BBQ from 10am till 2pm. In return we will get a portable air compressor, snatch straps and some good raffle prizes for the Club which is pretty good I reckon. It may also be an opportunity to get a better discount on some things you might be looking at getting. I think if we could get at least two or three people that would be workable but the more the merrier. Even if you can only help out for a couple of hours that would be great. We do need to know fairly soon so that Steve knows that either we have it covered or he needs to look elsewhere. Post up if you can help out.

This clashes with the Suzuki Australia day trip. Sounds like this trip is only for Serria's & Jimny's anyway.

I drove past ARB yesterday.
Their open day starts of 09:00 10/05/2008.

If that is the case, do we need to get there earlier ?
Or is 09:30 early enough to help setup the BBQ etc.
