There is a meeting before the 21st perhaps you could wait till then to cancel.
Cmon guys you wont be forced to run a trip just simply showed how to go about it.
Bring along some books that show places you would like to go.
Its social Im sure sum of us will even bring our cars along to point at laugh at etc.

Unfortunately i now have no excuse other than to continue renovating here i thought i was going to have a night off.

I would get a head count at the meeting first. Social/ tech night are good and you will always learn something new. For me I have Jen's horse riding meeting that night. 3rd wednesday of the month work out good.

Either way, we can have a Night drive then beers by the fire if all else fails. Will get moved in first (waiting on power connection, bathroom building and slate laying, 4 weeks) then we'll get it arranged.
