Sierra seat rails

I need to use some drivers side Sierra seat rails to adapt some other seats for 1.0 cab but what I don't know is can I use NT, WT or both models?

Driver's side are all the same WT/NT/1.0litre. (coilers are different though.. like everything else)

It was indicated to me that the ones in the left hand corner of the pic are NT and the silver ones are WT. From what you are saying I can use both, correct? If so I 'll buy them then.

The four in the top left are all passenger side rails. The only drivers side rails in that shot are the silver ones.
