Event will take place on the 31th 1st 2nd of October/November
The hall provides a great location with many facilities such as a full kitchen, mens and womens toilets and showers, dining tables, chairs, a function pizza oven! Under cover BBQ area, plenty of grassed area and a fire pit.
Saturday day trips: from the hall out into the bunyip state park. will include easy, medium and hard trips, trip routes and stops will be discussed thoroughly so that these suit all vehicles types.
Dinner on Saturday night: a roast will be put on please RSVP!
To cover the hiring of the hall and the dinner all we ask is for members to bring $25 per head kids under 16 free. We will have a sign in sheet at the entry of the hall where you can pay by cash or card. You will receive a raffle ticket on payment.
This covers camping from friday night until Sunday with dinner!
A raffle will be drawn after dinner on Saturday with great prizes available additional tickets are $5.
Feel free to bring any games or activities you like to play this is a time to socialise and have fun!
Sunday clean up! The hall has a fee if we don't leave the place as good or better than we found it so pitch in on Sunday many hands my light work!
