Club Endorsement for Vic Roads

Hi I have paid my club renewal, but I have not as yet had the club sign the endorsement as required by VIC Roads I have been trying for some weeks to complete this requirement. Can some please suggest what else I can do or is there another person at the club to contact as the renewal date for VIC Roads has passed.
