G'day Darcy and team,
I assume we give you all details, names etc on the day along with the cash for insurance etc?
Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but which campground are we spending Saturday night in?

A bit more than a week away, I'm very excited!

Hey Alex , all paperwork can be done on the day when I see you at Merijig .
Most likely campsite will be Lovick Hut campground however we may be at Bluff hut campground if we feel the need to be mindful of other campers. Both will have mobile reception from Buller tower.
Looking forward to the trip!

Hi LCDave
The plan is to camp at bluff hut Saturday night or close to.
Darcy is back tomorrow to answer further questions.
I also think you will be able to attend as the cap is 20 cars.

Hi Darcy, I am RubiconP otherwise known as Andrew Bottomley AKA AB. 0425 866 641. Will probably camp at Sheepyard Flat. Still waiting for confirmation that someone can look after my grandson Friday night otherwise should be good to go. I'll confirm later in the week.
