Hi Steve. Luckily my daughter has booked my wife for wedding dress shopping next weekend so you can count me in. Have you decided which direction you will travel? Either direction is fine by me. Please let me know if it is still going ahead. Do you own a chain saw? I have one if you want to chuck it into the back of your ute.

Direction will be Mansfield to Licola, I will update the main post.

I will make the call as to this trip going ahead on Tuesday night when the weekends weather is better known.

I now own TWO chainsaws, my dodgy but quite effective $65 Aldi two stroke and a new Makita 36V cordless.

Mike, I've made the meet time 11am (was to be 12 o'clock), this will give us a little more wiggle room and see us at camp (hopefully) well before sunset.

Yes, it's not looking good, yesterday the forecast I looked at was for 5-10mm which was not too bad. I will check the updated forecast tonight and make a call then.
