House Electrition and Plumber

Hi I’m looking for Electrition and Plumber willing to travel to Baxter/Frankston Sth?
Hopefully upgrading to solar hot water or in-line instant hot water.
Currently the hot water unit is in the roof and is Boiling hot instantly and to hot to use.
the house is serviced by electricity (no gas at all).
Any help would be appreciated
