Trip Title: New 2019 Robe Trip

Trip Date: Saturday 21st -Wednesday 25th September 2019


Trip Description:

Road trip from Melbourne to Robe S.A and return with 2-3 days Robe and Beachport sand and beach driving and exploring in between.

Trip location;

Robe and Beachport beaches and dunes of S.A


Trip Rating:

Easy to medium with some potential difficult and soft beach and dune driving.
We will get stuck at times and there is potential for saltwater crossings etc depending on what we find.
Generally I think stock vehicles with road tyres and rated recovery points front and rear will be OK.
If you have some Maxtrax or treads or similar bring them as they saved my butt last time I went on a silly solo trip in this area.
You will also need a sand flag on your vehicle

Hi, Would it be possible to include myself on this Robe Trip 21st Sept to 25th Sept 2019?
2019 Toyota Prado BAA283 with rated front recovery points and towbar recovery too. No extra lift on the vehicle with mud & snow tyres and I do have Maxtrax equivalents.

Depending on how you lay out the trip, Fel and I will likely rent a house in Robe (we go there for a relaxing weekend most years).

Ok - we're in. But we'll have to leave on Tuesday. No biggie.
