Meeting at the carpark in Kinglake, behind the Pub 9.00 am Sunday June 10.
I don't reckon it will be dry, so expect bog holes, slippery mud, deep ruts and a few rocks.
Fuel and takeaway is available at the meeting point.

I am sort of interested but your description of bog holes deep ruts and slippery mud has not exactly got me excited. I might wait and see how wet its been closer to the date.

Jimny is back from the car hospital. Just suffering from old age mostly. Cars must be like dogs as my Jimny is only 9 years old. Just needed some physio and rehab but no major surgery. Rear axle disassembled and some adjustments on the rear diff but all bearings are good which was my main concern. Rest of the noises are just wear on gears but nothing that is about to fall apart.

I welded my power steering pump bracket back together. Temporary fix...... I reckon , with some thought, I can make a better one.

I am just wanting to avoid body damage Wayne. I also just worked out it is the long weekend which may be another impediment.

So it turns out I am spending the long weekend at Daylesford at some great expense so I am no longer a candidate for this trip.
