valve clearance sierra 1981 1ltr

Hi Club folk - Me and my cute 81 Sierra ute are new members to this club .
I'm looking forward to whatever unfolds .
Firstly, to tune up the ute i need the valve clearances . Research seems to divulge various measurements .
So i thought i should ask the experts , ie people who are in the club.
Does anyone know what they should be?
