I just found out that through our gasket division I have access to a water jet cnc cutter that can cut up to 10mm and cost pretty much labor and materials

Ive had a request to make up an exhaust manifold flange for a friends fj40 so i thought i would do a run of other engines while the plate is in the cutter
Eoi
Steve125 j20?
Neo J18?
Might at a later date make some sump flanges too so people can hectik their own sump pans
Will need exhaust gaskets to scan and trace in autocad

Also looking for suggestions on thickness
How thick is this idea?

yes. I will absolutely want the j18 one.

Guess I will have to get an exhaust gasket, port it to my motor then scan it, then vectorize...
I might post on suzuki-forums and clubsx4 and see if someone has them there.

As for the flange thickness, 10mm.
