Suzuki 4WD Club of Victoria

Alright, time to get ourselves organised for the Victorian 4X4 Show for 2017.

As with other years we will have a Club stand set up for the show, and will need to have some club members there to set up on the Saturday (or Sunday morning) and to man the stand on Sunday.


Things we will need for the stand,
Marquees
Tables
An esky or two
Photoboards
And a few cars to draw interest in the club


If anyone can help with any of the above, or offer a vehicle to be on the stand, that would be great.
Also, if you are able to assist on the stand at all that would be much appreciated.

I'd be happy to get there early Sunday morning to help setup. Also happy to volunteer my car to be on the stand if its required.

Saturday night /arvo is the best option for me so camp and set up with everyone in the morrning I'm thinking.

do we have access to power?

Ben - we have cars with batteries - that's your power source. We wont have site power.

I will bring my big marquee, I will have to do some more extensive roof repairs to it before then, but it will be fine..



The only idea I had, I'm not sure if its a good one was to bring a fire pit and fill it with broken parts.
of course it would be even better if we could fill it with metho and light it, but we cant

was just thinking a video playing on repeat of some of our trips and videos would be cool.

luke do you think we could lend your generator? they might not like the noise though.

If we want power we have to purchase a powered site.

Generally, it's far too bright to see a TV screen properly, unless its buried deep in the back of a van or something, at which point people have to huddle around the door to see it.

Just some observations from previous years.

I can help with set up and camp over night. Also got my GV if is needed on stand too.
