Hi Fellas.
Has anyone had any experience with Comforser Mud Tyres? Advertised on ebay 235/75R 15 MT $135 each.
Regards, Wayne.

That's an unfortunate name for a tyre company.
They kind of look like a radial Trepador, minus the siping.
I don't know anyone who has used them.
As far as budget tyres go, I was tempted to try the Achilles XMT, after seeing them on some of the beach cleaning vehicles and not hearing too many complaints. However I don't think they come in a 235/75r15.
My brother likes Kenda tires on his dd, but his are only A/Ts. He puts over 1100km a week on them, and is on his second set, claims they are reasonably grippy on road and wear well.
Another option are the same tires as Chris has. There is an ebay seller in Boronia that has
Federal Couragia tyres for $155.

I'm sure they're OK - they're probably not going to be quite as nice to drive on as the KM2's you currently have.

If you do buy the Comforsers, I'd be interested to hear how they compare to your current tyres.

AAAARGH - why only 16's? what a pain of a rim size. 15's or 17's people... it's not hard.
