Suzuki 4WD Club of Victoria

I can't seem to find it anywhere but does anyone know if its possible to buy hollow bar/tube with 10mm and 12mm ID's to use for crush tubes?
Surely there's an easier way than getting some solid bar bored out. My local steel shop has nothing suitable.

Does it need to be precisely 10mm and 12mm?

The stuff I use for crush tubes came from Springvale Steel, 17mm OD, 13mm ID, was just a regular size off the shelf. I've also got some bits of tube that came from the rear triangle of a bicycle frame, these are fairly close to 10mm ID.

I was aiming for a close fit but 13mm would do the job. I've got another steel shop in the area I can try so I'll give them a go.
My other option was to burn the rubber off some old sets of bushes.
