Who has lifted their transfer case?
did you figure out a way to use the stock ones still? or just go solid mounts?

you can get a ford escort engine mount that's 2 inches and rubber, but i dont want to spend that money
who has had success with this having still flexible mounts that will do 2 inches?

I used Sierra engine mounts on Frogs tranny, after fitting a 1.3 to it,
that lifted it about 20mm or so.
They never broke.
Mine was a 1.0 though, which has a different crossmember arrangement.

I'm planning on doing mine with a bit of 50mm box welded to the chassis mounts, then the original mounts on top

I am also looking for tcase mounts at the moment and like the just cruising ones but I dont really understand the reason they have the crush sleve in them, to me that seems to defeat the purpose - rubber or urethene that will squash but a steel sleve that wont? Can someone explain how these work?

going on info I have got from Stevey the benifit of the stock ones stretching is also important but how would you make a 25mm spacer without the bolts interfering :S

25mm might get a bit tight with bolts an that, why not go 50mm? Your 50mm body lift right?

I will post a pic of my set-up tomorrow Jon. I'm using a 40mm spacer and polaris engine mounts which are slightly shorter than stock so I'm lifted something like 36mm over stock setup. I have been very happy with my setup.
I agree that having a mount that will stretch is important as it absorbs a lot of shock load. I don't like bolt through set-ups.

50mm total, I think the original ones are like 28mm i think

I replaced the whole mount on the compression side, the single mount side with a urethane block and through bolt. The other side I machined up two spacers which screwed onto the factory TC mounts and accepted the normal mounting bolt on the other side. Never broke anything with this setup.
