Lots of variables. If it's a roughy but complete/drivable they can get very cheap. My donor was like this - operational but too rough to RWC and it was apparently worth about $700.
If its at a damaged auction they can go for about the same figure.

I paid $500 for mine,and it had an arb winch bar on it too, still road registered and I drove it home. I've made more than double the price I paid for it back, I've still got heaps of bits lying around too

Mine was $800 by the time I got it home. Sold a bunch of stuff off it and got scrap metal on the shell. It owes me roughly nothing. Had 170,000 on it and had been in a minor accident.

Mine was $800, SWB and had been in an accident but was low ks and newer model. I also made that back in parts plus kept all the good bits
